Leadhersip = Colaborate Experiences

I will write in here about how my experience in leading a community in my campus. I’m very aware that I as a leader must collaborate with my team, I can’t stand alone. We must work together to create a unified vision and goals to be achieved. I think unity is a very strong foundation for running a community. A good leader is a leader who could appreciate his subordinates, not only can be ordered and arbitrary because it will make people in my team more depressed. Later, the people in my community only run the command because just element of fear. I strongly disagree with this method. Being a leader is not to be feared but how to make the people around us can be comfortable with us, not hesitate to express an idea or creative strategies to build a better community
 
Certainly from my experience, a good leader must also be directed first and also respecting the opinion expressed by a subordinate. Not that the leader was the most intelligent, but also I have to remain learn to co-workers or anyone because basically science would not be no end to look for. 

When I became the leader of an institution, I should really be set a time and take the appropriate decision. Obviously I have to put the public interest (my community) over my personal interests. I would not have managed to lead well if I'm selfish and not consider the interests of others. Of course, the leader should not be arrogant because it will only bring us into a bad place, there will be no advantage to happen if we act that way.

I remember, I had been unable to make decisions and it really inhibits my community to run. So the leader must be assertive and have a strong stance and take a decision must be carefully thought out. My subordinates will be confused if I was not consistent in giving the order or decision. To be respected by others, leaders must determine the appropriate rules. This serves to your subordinate do not underestimate what would you say. I think being an authoritative leader is very important. have to keep the good image, image of myself and also my community's image. Leaders also need to protect my teammates if there is intervention from outside

I think that environmental factors will also affect the leader in carrying out their duties so that I as a leader must always adapt to my environment and the build the motivation to always want to learn anything. I am well aware that the skills most needed by the leader is a conceptual skill but did not rule out the possibility that the operator skill should be.
